David Cameau, Secretary
David is service oriented and has served in many volunteer capacities. Having grown up in Port-au-Prince he is painfully familiar with the difficulties many suffer in Haiti. He is excited for this opportunity to give back to the country of his birth and to his fellow Haitians.
Mr. Cameau studied "Construction Management" at Utah Valley State College. He resides in Provo with his family. He is currently working on introducing his little son Gabriel to the finer things in life including "kompa" (Haitian dance music) and "Jasmine rice".
Even though David has lived in the US for the last 16 years he will proudly declare he is of Haitian heritage. In his own words "Out of all the foods Haitian food is really the best". He also lauds the superiority of Haitian music, dancing and ingenuity.

Rebecca Cameau, Public Relations Manager.

Rebecca first became involved with Haiti on a service trip to the country in 2003. She was impressed with the creativity and cheerfulness of the Haitians she met many of whom had so little and struggled daily for survival. After returning home she began searching for all things Haitian. Rebecca hit the jackpot when she married a cute Haitian, David Cameau.
Mrs. Cameau has a Bachelors of Art from Utah State University and a Masters of Art in Education from the University of Phoenix. She has experience developing and running college programs. Rebecca lives in Provo with David and their son Gabriel. With a Master in Education, Rebecca has been involved in higher education for six years and has taught university classes in women’s studies. She has also participated in a local program with Literacy Volunteers of America. Rebecca has special talent in systems and writing/editing skills.

David L. Causey, Public Relations Representative.
MBA, MHA, MD. David is a board-certified internist from Warner Robins, GA. After a brief career in hospital administration he entered medical school and afterwards worked in the middle-Georgia area for a number of years.
Over the past two years he has engaged in a number of medical missions in places such as Tonga, the Dominican Republic, where he worked with Haitians laboring in the “Bateyes” (sugar cane plantations)., Brazil, Peru, Nigeria and the Gulf Coast post Katrina.
He currently resides in Salt Lake City, UT where he works as a freelance medical writer.

Dianne G. Johnson, Committee Chair
Graduated Magna cum Laude in 1980, with a major in Spanish, and a minor in Music at Brigham Young, she began a fifteen year career as a travel agent completing the CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) course. This career offered the opportunity to travel many places in the world. Besides travel, other hobbies and interests are singing, reading, teaching, genealogy/family history, and her position as wife, mother, and grandmother.
In 1998-99, she and her husband filled a Humanitarian-Welfare Services Mission to Bolivia and the Dominican Republic. The experiences of this mission created a strong desire to continue to try to help those, who through no fault of their own, struggle against poverty and illiteracy. Having come to recognize the desperate situation, especially of the children, in Haiti, she is committed to work with the Haitian Foundation for Social Assistance (FHAS) with the goal of bringing HOPE and a decent future to children.

Janine Wing, Committee Chair
Janine Wing has been involved with fund raising for Environmental groups (specifically "Citizens for a Better Environment") starting back in 1975 thru 1976.And working with some of Ralph Naders key people.
She’s also worked with The League of Women Voters in Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; and Reno, NV starting in the 1970's working with various issues from Environmental to Children’s rights, and educational among others.
She hopes to achieve these fair goals again with this wonderfully rewarding cause and organization.

Julio Warner Loiseau, Chairman & CEO
Born in 1968, in the Caribbean Island of Haiti earlier called “Pearls of the Caribbean” He attended primary school in a village named Saut-D’eau (Ville Bonheur) in Haiti.
Julio possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a specialization in Mechatronics Resources. While resided in the Dominican Republic, he founded the Haitian Foundation for Social Assistance (Fundación Haitiana para Asistencia Social) to carry out new perception of Hope for Haitians fleeing misery, poverty, violence, corruptions from Haiti.
Master’s in Public Administration and Public Health candidate, Julio is firmly determined to carry out some new perspectives for Haitians through the work of this foundation. Help in literacy programs by carrying hope and civilized opportunity for children, preach spiritual value, help to rescue the Haitian pride of the first independent black nation in America are his overnight dreams.
